My Story
How Financial Alchemist came to life
Working in accounting, I saw capable founders doing great job yet feeling unsure when it came to their finances.
Not because they weren’t good at what they do, but because no one had ever taught them how to understand the financial side of their business.
That’s how Financial Alchemist came to life:
Turning complex systems and financial jargon into something clear, practical and easy to act on.
My journey started in Romania, where I studied Business Administration. I was drawn to how businesses worked, not just the numbers, but also the decisions behind them.
I began my career in accounting in a UK practice, where I supported small businesses with tax declarations and financial reporting whilst qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).
Over time, I worked with founders across different industries, business models and stages of growth.
But beyond the numbers and compliance, what stayed with me was how people felt about their finances and the decisions they were trying to make without fully understanding the accounting reports.
That’s when I decided to do something about it.
